A*Med Hospice helped me to take care of my mom on home hospice from late January until mid February. Everybody was wonderful from the nurses, to the aids, social work and chaplaincy. I am a nurse and know when people are both competent and compassionate. With A*Med, there is both competence and compassion. They are truly a special group of people, and my family and I were so thankful for them.

To ALL the A*Med nurses and social case workers that helped our families get through Dad’s passing - SO much appreciation from us!

We are all beyond grateful for everything you all did for us during this most difficult time. The nurses, the aides were all beyond kind and compassionate to our mother and to all of us.

Your kindness and attention you gave our mom in her final days for us, was so greatly appreciated. You helped us through the whole final moments of her life. You gave us peace of mind that she was going to rest peacefully in her final moments.

The team at A*Med provided my father compassionate, attentive care during his last days. They were a comfort to my family, providing us information about the process, answering all our questions, and explaining what to expect. Case Manager Donna C. Made quick assessments and was supported by her team to elevate my dad's care when his condition worsened. Ensuring that he had the care he needed. The nursing team of Rachel, Tammy and Gift were attentive and caring, making an awful situation bearable. A mere thank you is not nearly enough. The clergy and social worker support helped us obtain information and services easing our burden. If you find yourself in the difficult position of coordinating hospice care, and are looking for advice, please know that I would strongly recommend A*Med.

During what was the most difficult time for my wife and family, the staff at A*Med made that time much more bearable. The staff is caring and attentive and always prepared to do whatever was needed to make my wife comfortable during her final months. They addressed her biggest fears and made sure that her final months were as peaceful and pain-free as possible. The support staff was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all of us were attended to. The minister even came to her memorial and spoke about his time with her which is above and beyond their normal services. I can't say enough about these folks and while I hope nobody ever needs hospice services, if you do, I would highly recommend A*Med.

On behalf of my family, I want to thank you for the wonderful care you gave our sweet Momma. While it’s hard to believe our time alongside her has passed, what lives on are the beautiful memories of the care and compassion that surrounded her and our family from people like you. While we were not able to bring her home, with your support as I navigated, the thought truly carried me. It was scary to me, but I knew you were going to help me do it. I was truly leaning onto your strength. Mom ultimately decided that wasn’t going to be how we were going to do it, but I will always know you would have made it happen if called upon. THANK YOU will never seem adequate but THANK YOU! I pray God blesses you and all those you love and in your time of need HE surrounds you with love from people like yourself. Sincerely Grateful,

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for being there for my husband, in his last minutes of life. I felt comforted by that greatly since Covid-19 did not let me be present at his bedside. I was a case manager for hospice for 17 years in the Katy area and know how compassionate the staff is and how important they are to families in distress and need of support. THANK YOU again and God Bless each and every one of you.
